WHISKY TASTING LIVESTREAM

BACKGROUND
The single malt whisky market is flooded with over 6,000 search results on Amazon. Whether you're a seasoned whisky lover or a novice, navigating this vast selection can be overwhelming. Unfortunately, access to whisky tasting experiences is often limited, leaving customers without real-time reviews to help them make their choice. Our task was to shed light on the German and UK markets and educate customers on the distinctive tastes and exceptional qualities of each product.

SOLUTION
For this campaign, we partnered with production agency Groovy Geeko to create a unique livestream experience. During a one-hour digital tasting on Amazon, viewers were professionally guided by a whisky master. This was complemented by an interactive "Ask a Question" feature that allowed viewers to ask their own questions that were answered live.

RESULT
The live session attracted over 27,000 viewers and sparked extensive interaction with more than 500 questions submitted by viewers from the UK and Germany. At the same time, Amazon's homepage registered impressive 5 million views. As a direct result, revenues increased by an extraordinary 94% on the day of the livestream.
