I am curious about how people think, feel and decide
That curiosity eventually led me into design. What started with creativity gradually turned into a deeper interest in human behavior, systems and the role design plays in shaping how people understand and navigate the world around them.
Over the past 16 years, I’ve worked across startups, agencies and global organizations like Amazon Ads. Different environments, different challenges, different speeds but always the same motivation: creating clarity in situations that initially feel complex or overwhelming.
Design is far more than aesthetics.
The way something works shapes how people experience it and how they connect with a brand. That is why I’ve always been interested in design beyond the visual layer. I care deeply about the systems behind experiences because they influence how people understand, trust and interact with the world around them.
For me, the strongest work happens when brand, product, communication and technology move in the same direction.
I naturally move between empathy and analysis.
Empathy helps me understand people beyond what they communicate directly. It helps me recognize behavior, understand different perspectives and uncover the deeper problems behind underlying challenges. Data brings clarity from another angle. It reveals patterns, challenges assumptions and supports better decisions.
The strongest decisions usually happen when human understanding and evidence work together.
Ideas need more than imagination.
A good idea is only the beginning. Innovation happens when the right people, processes and decisions come together to create real value.
That is why I care about leadership. I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, aligning teams around a shared direction and helping organizations navigate change with focus and responsibility.
Over the years, that included leading international creative teams, mentoring talent, hiring across disciplines and aligning stakeholders across markets and functions while shaping systems that support long term growth and meaningful innovation.
I’m excited by what
AI will make possible.
What interests me most is not only the technology itself, but how it reshapes the way people interact with information, brands, products and decisions. I want to help shape systems and experiences that make increasingly complex technology feel understandable instead of overwhelming.
That curiosity led me to continue studying AI, UX and leadership through Stanford Online and velpTEC while exploring how emerging technologies can support more thoughtful and human centered experiences.
The more powerful technology becomes, the more important clarity, ethics and responsibility become too.

Outside of work, I love being outside, especially early in the morning when everything still feels quiet and clear.
Over the years, I’ve crossed the Alps, hiked to Everest Basecamp and explored trails in Peru and Spain. I enjoy improving at tennis and drifting down the Isar in a small inflatable boat with friends during summer.
I’m interested in shaping experiences people genuinely understand and connect with.
